Yep, do 10 runs up to 60mph, then brake down hard to 10mph. Not a complete stop. After run 7 or 8, you'll smell your brakes smoking. Drive for 10-mins. Don't get caught in traffic at a standstill while cooling them down.
Do 10 more runs, exactly the same. Hard to 60, then hard brake, right to the limit before ABS kicks in. Drive for 10-mins to cool the brakes down.
You'll notice a blueish tinge on your rotors and tons of dust on the wheels.
