I blacked out part of my grill with out removeing it. I got the top and side screws out, but had such a hard time getting to the lower ones, I decided to paint it in the car. It's very easy and even if you look close, your not going to be able to tell. I pulled the grill forward and then ran a drop cloth in the back of it. With the addition of some newspaper and tape it came out looking stock. Did the calipers with just some newspaper and tape. Used VHT brake paint. So far so good.
