i think the rake is a tad too much...and also the front sure looks like its more then an inch drop, but maybe the rake causes that? if i didnt know the numbers on the front/back height i would have said to raise the front slightly and lower the back slightly. but since i do know the numbers and if in fact it is just a 1 inch drop in front, yeah optimum would be to drop the rear a tad, perhaps more in line with the ratio of the stock rake. also, your right pipe looks astray!

back to the hotchkiss, i think overall it looks great and if this is the optimum setting for performance, id consider leaving as is...if performance not really effected or just ever so slightly, perhaps lessening the rake would be in order. i am very interested in doing this, and had been leary of going with the spring kits. ill let you sort things out first though :-)
