this is obviously the bad thing about doing the chip. Jetchip has printed out the full disclaimer about how adding on aftermarket parts can only void your warranty if the service department can prove that the addition of the part caused the problem or failure. Trust me on this one.......if you show up at the dealership with the chip installed----and a problem of course----the service deparment WILL blame the problem or failure on whatever is not a stock(OEM) part. Best advice I can give anyone interested in adding aftermarket performance parts................get to know and become freinds with your service manager
