I take my cars to a place called Tint King in Billerica

Very good quality from the 3 cars I've brought to them. They use a laser cutting machine (Tint Tek 20/20) and a heat shrinking method which works very well.
Oh, and Mirror tinting will be illegal (And in my opinion, tacky). Platinum tint is the most reflective you can ge before it becomes illegal.
And remember, the window has to read 35% for it to be legal. So your windows have a natural inherint tint to them, for your window to read 35%, and therefore be legal, you'd have to do a 45% or 50% film...
In my opinion, thats too light. I did my 300 in 50%, and I did my Cadillac in 35% and the 35% looks much better.
As for brand of tint, I have always been partial to 3M color stable films. They are a little more expensive, but they are slightly thicker than cheaper films, so they're more scratch resistant, and the dye is specially coated so it will never fade. Cheaper tints tent to take on a purple hue after a couple of years in the sun.
