If we set the day up through the school, the morning could have instruction running for those with little or no on-track experience. The advanced guys could run in-between the instruction runs (tend to keep track time per heat down to about 20 minutes).

After lunch, we could all run 3 "performance lapping" (no passing in corners) heats. Cars run staggered out of the pits at 15 second intervals to start. the fast guys are usually up front, and are lapping slower drivers after 3 or 4 laps.
