how long have you had your new tires on? i changed rims and tires (20s) and it shuddered a little at high speeds. at first i thought it was an improper tire balance, but then it went away. i was told it was probably my suspension components just readjusting to the new size. these new cars are super-sensitive to everything. the computer will readjust itself too. give it a week or two, if you still feel something, my guess is you need a rebalancing. ciao
