My 300C has started doing this since about a month ago when it started turning colder here in Wisconsin.
A high squeel as I back out of the garage onto the street. Going forward and braking produces NO such squeel. It only happens that once during the first backout in the morning.
Nice to know that I'm not alone with this. 14,500 miles on my car.
