Heritage Edition (Should I Get)

Just reached a year on my current lease & have been thinking about trading my current car in which is a Touring. At first I was gonna downgrade to something cheaper however my wife wants to keep the car if not trade her in for something better not cheaper. So what I was wondering is income tax is around the corner & I was thinking about doing some upgrades like 22" rims, new grill etc. Then I was thinking way spend over $2500 on upgrades when I might be able to call up my leasing company & tell them I got $2500 for them if they can get me the new 300C heritage edition. Anyway I wanted to know what do you guys think about this idea. The current lease i've is 4yrs which I now got 3yrs left. I know when I spoke with the sales manager he told me there shouldnt be no problem with me trading her in for something cheaper. I havent spoken with them about my new idea yet. All I remember is the sales person telling me what type of cars he can put me in once I hit a year with them & show them I can pay my bill on time. If I dont get the heritage I might ask for either one if the cars listed below -

Infinit QX56 or a BMW 745Li.
