My garage/shop is down the hill about 150'. The closest garage is across the street about 50 plus ft. Could be interference from any source in any of the neighbors across the street or in the apartments about 75' behind the house. I'll never find the source but can eliminate most of my house. As I said I haven't checked any of the remotes. None of my other vehicles have a problem or any guests or relatives cars.
