All my manual (English Canadian) says for 5000 Km's is get an oil change & inspect the air cleaner filter. It's for an SRT8, but yours should be the same. I assume you're following Schedule B like pretty much everyone.
The maintenance Schedual description is probably where you're reading this from. It just explains which schedual to follow. The only reference to freezing temperatures is that you must follow Schedual B if the day or night temperatures are below 0C (32F). There's nothing else in the manual regarding sub zero temps.
EDIT: I just re-read your question -
Oil changes are every 5000 Km's OR every 3 months (whichever is sooner)
Inspect air cleaner filter every 5000 Km's
Replace air cleaner filter at 25,000 Km's
Inspect front & rear brake linings & rotors at 15,000 Km's
Replace air conditioning filter at 25,000 Km's
Rotate tires at 10,000 & 20,000Km's
