If your engine fails after you install the CAI and the dealer says it was due to the increased air flow from the CAI then you are stuck with the burden of disproving them, good luck. The best thing to do is find a dealer who will work with you and get it in writting if you are going to mod. Do this ask your dealer if you use a Mopar CAI will it void your warranty and see what they say. Mopar is DCX replacement part vendor and most dealers will even honor the performance parts mods. Check it out.
