Yeah i did- 'bout a Month ago waxed them, and always clean them - almost after each use. I think since the fronts dont have the problem, poss the coat of clear might not have been applied somehow to the rears...

After all the front wheels take the most dust and they are smooth to the touch. If I am alone in this issue, I may have a warranty gripe...
