Reset, drops down to (7 or 11 can't say for sure) as usuall it starts climbing to where it left off (16.5) and keeps climbing to 21.5  within 7 miles through town averaging 30-50 mph 2 stop lights.
Its never done this before. Anyone else experiance anything like this?

Don't go off of the goofy electronic MPG guage...it is only a "at this time" output. To get a true reading, you must set your mileage and go through at least most of the tank. Fill back up to the level that you were at (full) and do your calculations i.e. Drove 300 miles and brought on 17 gallons = 17.64 MPG.
