I have found in my many phone calls to DCX that there are two different customer service centers that the 800 number connects you to. I know it sounds funny, but if you call the 800 number and you get the recording that asks you to press "1" if you are a customer and then it goes directly to the 5 choices in which you choose "5" for "all other inquiries." This takes you to the CS center that has very little and very vague information about your order. Now, The recording you want to hear is please press "1" if you are a customer, then the recording will ask "if you know the party's extension, please enter it now." It will then take you through all of the other questions until it gets to a human. I will call the 800 number and hangup when I get the first recording example. I will then redial the 800 number until I get the second recording example. I hope this makes sense. Sorry if I am not explaining it well. I'm sure if you call the 800-992-1997 number enough, you will know what I am talking about.

I just got off the phone witht the DCX rep after trying several times to get the correct CS center. He told me my 300C left Michigan on a Norfolk Southern rail car two days ago. He gave ne the car number and an 888 number for Norfolk Southern to track my vehicle. He is pretty certain it will arrive in Kansas City in the next day or two. Then it's a quick 45 minute truck ride to my dealer. Hopefully it will only take a few days for the car to be unloaded and sent to my dealer. I have read some posts saying that some cars have sat in the rail yard for 2 weeks. Hope that does not happen here.
