iam sure my dealer will cut them but is that the cure or like all others in a few thousand miles it will be back?
any know the fix i emailed a few companies making rotors but dont want to jump the gun and spend when no need to and i realize for a street car not to get drilled iam thinking slotted with out being all the way threw to keep them cooler but iam sure most of all is the quality of the rotor material the mexico and china crap is just another problem!
Try following this bedding technique before you call the rotors DOA. http://www.zeckhausen.com/bedding_in_brakes.htm

If that doesn't cure the problem, bring it back to the dealer for a warranty service visit. There's no way, after only 100 miles, that the brakes should do this and I would not accept having the rotors turned. If bedding doesn't fix it for you, then there's something wrong with the car as delivered and they need to replace components, not modify them.

Did your brakes do this only after you hit 100 miles or did the problem gradually develop over the last several days? From what speeds do you have to brake to make this happen? How hard do you have to press the brake pedal for this to happen?
