experience with GS Motorsport

First of all, an introduction.
I'm the owner of a small export-import company, specialized for performance parts, located in Budapest, Hungary in EU. Registered on this forum to ask your experience with GS Motorsports and tell you about my experience

On 3rd of January, GS motorsport quoted me a compressor kit for 300C with 5 days leadtime. Seven days later got the shipping cost for UPS service, and my customer ordered the kit. Got the wire transfer info on 17/01. The wire transfer went thru on 23/01. Asked for confirmation of receipt on 5/2, no answer. Phoned them, they promised to ship the kit on the next week. On 22/2 asked for a tracking nr, got an answer on 26/2 about customs problems. There's no communication since then. Tried to call them, left countless messages, sent several emails, begging for info about my package. No answer nor via email or phone call.

Because they offered the product with 5 days leadtime, and really expensive ($700+) no-so-slow shipping option, I've undersigned a shipping contract with the customer about shipping within 6 weeks.

Am I wrong when thinking about bad customer service and/or cheating? Am I wrong when asking for tracking nr? Is there any US customer with same experience? Maybe my written or spoken english not as sofisticated to understand "shipping problem" but good enough to pay for something and beg for the shipment after...
