I 100% have this problem, i attempted to have the TSB applied but they refused because of the date of manufacture and software version. Im a 10-05 build.

Yes its very annoying, you can avoid it by shifting manually but we shouldnt have to make excuses for a car of this caliber.

still waiting for a fix....
