UPS may have a branch in Hungry, but on our contracts we have most every country listed and Hungry has an astrick*...meaning exception.! and this often means that they sublet the delivery or have a "contracted service" Kinda like buying a airline ticket for delta and getting on a amercain airline jet....because they service that paticular route.
International deliverys are very tricky like I stated and export tariffs can erase profits in one swoop, so we dont just ship 5000.00 + package's to the middle of know were without dotting every i and crossing every t period.
Bottom line is the international is not our speciality for sure and Time differences make a huge difference, it may be 8 am in Hungry and 9 pm in the states so I could call all night and never get an answer because its midnight in Dubai ....well you get the picture
The customers kit is on its way with the proper paper work
Thanks,
Scott
