My driveway has a fairly steep incline and I often have to back down it when the other car is in the turnaround area. Even have to turn at the end of it onto the street while backing down the (now somewhat less steep) slope. Never heard this noise from my car.
However I don't park on a slope. The driveway is flat near the house and I usually park in the garage.
Beck, what TSB do you need done? Mine is an 11/17/05 build and I didn't know there were any for me.
