Home at last after an eventfull day

well the day started fine school run , got their early to avoid parking next to anyone so i could take up two spaces and then went to get the 22" TIS 03 fitted took 2 hours because of the tyre pressure senders needed to be fitted in to the new wheels all looked fine and handled unbelievable not too much road noise and not too firm BUT then only to find when i selected reverse and put full lock on the tyres rubbed on the , Think it is called trailing arm but i might be wrong anyway a quick look on the 300c forum lots of people have had the same problem an we need to order 1/4 inch spacers and new lug nuts for the front wheels and then all will be well again , so off came my wheels and on went the original again so iam a little pissed to say the least.

When i had got the wheels about midday on my forcourt at work a customer drove on to the drive saying "thought you didn't make any money" I said "what " then he said "your always moaning about money and you've now got a new Bentley" i said "is it" and pointed to the badge to which he got out his car apologised and made me show and tell him all about the car for about 20 min.
So thats 2 people in less than 24 hours that think is a Bentley.
i suppose it the black paint, Bentley grille, no badges and the window tints dont help.
I have a couple of pictures on my phone but they were taken when it was on jacks just before we took the wheels off i will read MTC instructions on how to upload now and will get the pics in a min

Still smiling
