I'm afraid discounting in the Chrysler network is inevitable, particularly during March. We have one CRD left for 2006, so why on earth would we offer discount? However, if that one CRD was the car that made our target for the quarter...... who knows?
Lastly, we have just bought in a 3.0 CRD at one of our branches. The vehicle has lost less that £1500 from brand new, so no shame then!!!

Hi Belmont
that explains a lot then. Geordie and I were looking at a deal that looked superb a while ago, but in the end we both decided that if it smells like a fish, acts like a fish & looks like a fish then it is probably fishy after all.
On eof the things that I sell a lot of is lard (sexy ain't it), which is quite a price sensitive article. I reproduce for you a recent conversation about the price of lard.
Customer "oi Cat, how much is a box of German lard at the moment ?"
MTC "at the moment a 12.5 Kg box of German is £8.11"
Customer "you robbing Moggy, the other fellow I get lard from sells his for £7.50!! "
MTC "£7.50 is a good price and I can't match that. I suggest that you get some from him for the time being"
Customer "But that's the problem. He doesn't have any to sell at £7.50"
MTC " oh I wish that you'd have said. When I don't have any stock, mine is only £6.00"
Customer "Cat you're a git, I'll have 6 boxes @ £8.11 then".
sometimes instead of holding back, it's nice to actually say it.
