Just for info. Went thru the painful process of getting quotes for insurance this week (29/3/06) and thought the following might be of interest to others having to go thru same process. Rang 5 different companies and had the following results. I'm 39 only other driver (wife is 37), rating 1 for both of us.
SGIC $2,400
AAMI $2,800
CGU $1014
Shannons - wouldnt insure cause it wasnt modified (dont get that??)
QBE $940 - best of the lot and the girl i spoke to loves these cars
