Unhappy Car shut off because park assist and wont start

Here is a duzy. I was wanting to tighten up the rear breaks on my 06 300c srt8. I was in my driveway and I pushed the emergency brake while holding the emergency brake release. Figured this would tighten the rear and I would be good to go. After pushing e brake 5-6 times the "service park assist" came on the display. Shortly after the car shut off and would not start. When I turn the key it does nothing and it only displays "service park assist". The car is dead in the driveway. Any ideas on where to start? I disconnected the battery for 1.5 hours, checked fuses/relays 41, 42, 11 and they are not blown. The relay I switched with another to see if any difference and none. Please help, Mike

Are the "park assist" sensors on the rear bumper clean?

try your spare key, i highly doubt the two issues are related, sounds to me like the security module in your key is bad; i could be wrong though
