Motorola RAZR V3 - Anyone using one?

I'm ready to get a bluetooth phone and about the only one close to being compatible (according to Chrysler's uconnect site) that T-Mobile uses is the Motorola RAZR V3. Chrysler says you need the V3c but T-Mobile only has the V3. I saw a post from last summer where someone said they are using the V3 with no issue. I just want to make sure it will work. I really don't want to change to Verizon in order to use uconnect.

Anyone?

Thanks in advance..

Dan

I have a V3, it works just fine. The only issue I have had is being able to conveniently turn off the blue tooth feature when I have others in the car and need to have a private conversation. It's probably because I haven't bothered to read through the manual thoroughly enough. The other issue to keep in mind is that while the blue tooth connectivity is functioning, it tends to drain the battery faster. Just make sure to get the car power adapter for your phone and you'll have no problems.

I use Cingular TREO 650 and it works fine. Any BT phone should work.

Thanks, guys. I don't typically have passengers so that's not an issue. And I don't have lengthy conversations in the car, but I'll be sure it has an adapter.

I created a shortcut on the V3 so that when I press "menu" and the "9" key the bluetooth "on/off" option comes up...makes it easy. As you say, turning bluetooth off helps conserve the phone's battery.
