Interesting to see what response you get. Everything I have read says it's not going to make any difference and is not worth the investment.

Stock car? Mild mods? Heavily modded?

As mentioned above... Unless you are needing to swallow way more air or are trying to force way more in to feed a big cam and heads then it's not worth the mod as the stock TB is nowhere near its limits even when ran on a heads and cam or blown car... So, I guess the answer to your question depends on you answering a couple more about your application, but moat likely it will be a no bud.

I have mild mods on my 5.7 hemi. I have long tube headers catless mid pips, cold air intake and a dyno tune. Would upgrading my TB do any good?

TB is a waste so forget that... go heads, cam, intake...supercharger or Nitrous.... thats a few good choices to boost up your power...

You've got a good starting point... Get a thermostat so you don't give up hp through temp induced knock retard that hemi's seem to develop around 195 degs... Then look to a cam swap, think heads while you are in there and a good tune... The car will be quick quick then.
