What:
**All day High-Performance driving event**
Limited to 20 cars for maximum track time with minimum traffic!
Cars & drivers will be grouped according to experience and ability.
Spectators welcome - FREE!! Join us for the cruise up, a day of racing and a night of fun w/friends

You've heard of the 'SRT Track Experience', you may have even participated in one.
This is an opportunity to drive YOUR car as fast as you want... for as long as you want... AND you DON'T have to have an SRT to do it!

Event highlights:
- SCCA certified instructors
- Classroom and in-car instruction for all entries
- Classroom open to all adults in attendance, even if not racing - no fee
- Newbies welcome, will be brought up to speed
- Friendly atmosphere and safe environment
- Lots of track time and clean laps
- Racing fuel, Leaded and Unleaded
- Air available, possibly tires
- Technical support
- Snack bar, grill and wet bar on premises
- Fast food within 5 miles of the track
- Emergency vehicles on premises
- Bring any kind of helmet you may have, or borrow one if possible - If you don't have a helmet, loaners will be available in very limited supply

**For safety sake no one will be allowed on track the first time without an instructor in the car, either as driver or passenger.
Once the instructor says 'go', you can lap all day long

Track policies and rules

Fee:
$275. if registered on, or before, July 31st - Add $75. for a second driver/shared car
August 1st and later, add $50. - NO exceptions

Register using the format shown below. When you indicate Race/Yes you will receive the PayPal info needed via PM

PLEASE... if you are interested, register in this thread ASAP AND send your payment!
If we do NOT have 20 cars pre-paid within 2 weeks of race day the event may be cancelled and/or re-scheduled

Lodging:
Lodging is nearby for those that would like to stay
If that is the general consensus -arrangements will be made -TBD

This is a private event - must be registered in this thread to attend.

Rules

· Displays & Demonstrations: To avoid scheduling and timing conflicts, no vendor displays or demonstrations may be planned or promoted without prior written consent from fatchance or HEMEEE. All Demonstrators will be expected to follow the event ‘rules’ just as any other participant
· All Participants: If you wish to use our event to promote another event, your business, services, etc., please make a PM request to HEMEEE or fatchance for approval FIRST. To avoid numerous back & forth communications, be very specific about “who-what-where-how-why” with your initial request. Again, please do not offer this info. in the thread
· Liability: All participants agree to release and discharge fatchance and HEMEEE, and any other entity connected with this event, from any and all liability for damages, loss, injury, claims or judgements resulting from participation
