Thanks for the input guys, my brother jumped at a low rate with AmExpress, they did everything by phone, asked the three and five year history etc, he paid by credit card to start everything. When the paperwork came they had seven year history questions and raised the rate when he disclosed a wreck 6.5 yrs earlier. Needless to say he cancelled immediately and was refunded, they had absolutely no response or apology when asked about the bait and switch as if to indicate it's the way they do business.
