OK can I lean on you for some MP3 advice please ?
I have downloaded CDex (as you suggested) and I've copied my CD onto the PC in compressed format, I have contacted the remote CDDB to get the CD information and it is sat there waiting for transfer to CD. This is where I really show my ignorance - how do I now transfer it to CD in MP3 format ?
I hope that you can help me as I've got Blue Horizon by Wilbur Smith on 26 cd's just waiting to be worked on.

p.s. Xenon Dave, my audio handbook says that my single CD player DOES play MP3 discs, but that they have to be set up in a particular way. I've got the instructions in front of me, and to me it sounds quite complicated, but to a regular MP3 user it will be a piece of p*ss.
