Well my feline friend, your compressed files are MP3s. If you now use any proprietary CD burning software such as Nero (comes with many PCs), Roxio, EasyCD creator etc. or you can even use windows explorer in XP to drag the MP3 files from where you saved them to your CDR drive - then burn them - unfortunately CDex doesn't actually burn them for you.

If you have a number of different files, you need to decide how many you want to, or can fit on to your MP3 disc (usually max 700 MB).
