· our event information may NOT be published on any website without prior written permission: PM HEMEEE or fatchance for written permission; if granted, the information MUST be published in its entirety and may NOT be edited or abbreviated in ANY fashion
· Suggestions: If you have ideas or suggestions for this, or any of our events, please contact HEMEEE or fatchance by PM to avoid confusion and/or conflict - do not post the info in the thread
· Vendors: If any person or vendor wishes to donate prizes or gift certificates for our events, please contact HEMEEE or fatchance by PM. Please do NOT volunteer this information in the thread. Except in special circumstances, which would be announced, we only plan vendor give-aways and drawings for our events periodically.
· Displays & Demonstrations: To avoid scheduling and timing conflicts, no vendor displays or demonstrations may be planned or promoted without prior written consent from fatchance or HEMEEE. All Demonstrators will be expected to follow the event ‘rules’ just as any other participant
· All Participants: If you wish to use our event to promote another event, your business, services, etc., please make a PM request to HEMEEE or fatchance for approval FIRST. To avoid numerous back & forth communications, be very specific about “who-what-where-how-why” with your initial request. Again, please do not offer this info. in the thread
· Liability: All participants agree to release and discharge fatchance and HEMEEE, and any other entity connected with this event, from any and all liability for damages, loss, injury, claims or judgements resulting from participation
7th Annual ‘Cruisin For A Cure’ - The World's Largest Single-Day Car Show!
Saturday, Sept 23, 2006 - Orange County Fair & Expo Center - Costa Mesa, CA
We have reserved 150 spots at the
Cruisin’ for a Cure car show for our Fall Meet.
This is for a great cause, to help find a cure for prostate cancer, and it will be a lot of fun!
All we need is 150 LX’s to represent. The show registration is limited to 3,300 entries and last year they sold out!
Featuring live concerts on stage - all day entertainment - Rock, Oldies, and Country...
Rods & customs, muscle & classic cars, Corvettes, trucks, specialty vehicles...
...and now, by special arrangement,
our own 150 LX’s!

All proceeds support prostate cancer research.
We ALL need to roll in at the same time!
The show starts at 7:00am - gates open at 4:30am.
We will
ALL meet at 4:00am at a pre-determined location, TBA.
Registration: Serious entries only PLEASE - No refunds!
We have a group reservation which allows us all to park together and gives a $10 break on the entry fee...

Make a post here when you are SURE you want to attend and we will send you the group entry instrux. by PM
If you do not follow those special instrux. you will not be permitted to park in our reserved area and you will not receive the price break.
Please... If you register, but cannot go, let us know ASAP so we can fill the spot and still show up with 150 cars!!
