Anyway, the sales manager saying they agreed to the "bulbs only" is ludicrous and insulting. He of all people should know his product and that it needs a ballast and igniter (one for each bulb, in fact) plus the associated wiring harnesses, etc., to make real HID xenon bulbs "work".
If you could let people know the name of this particular dealership we could post up on the net everywhere about your experience. In fact that might even help to jog the dealer's "memory" about this HID promise they made you...:rolleye:
