Unhappy Dealer Lied (maybe) cigarette smell...HELP!

Hello all!

This is my first post as I just bought a 2005 BB 300C this past Saturday. I am TOTALLY IN LOVE with this car and have wanted one since I saw the concept car nearly 3 years ago!

One MAJOR issue i am having is that the dealer told me the previous owner was a non-smoker and I didnt notice at the time but in the last few days myself, my girlfriend, and 2 different clients noticed the cigarette smell in my car. A quick inspection of the ash tray shows ash residue so someone definitely smoked in there.

I febrezed the crap out of the carpets last night and let it sit overnight but really saw no change.

Does anyone know a way of getting the cigarette smell out? Should I do something special to the carpets/headliner and something different to the leather? I've heard orange peels, bowls of vinegar, and socks of coffee, but was looking for less urban legend and more purchaseable consumer cleaning product.

I just really want this smell gone as it takes away from the class that I want it to emit.

Thanks in advance!
Awesome forums!
