As with any product there is good & bad, and I'm sure not all TIS wheels have problems. We've just seen a number of wheels produced in China that have chrome issues. I have found that Diablo wheels have a really nice chrome finish and their Black center wheels are really well done. They don't have alot to offer for the LX platform, but as a whole they are a pretty nice quality wheel. We haven't had any issues to date with American made wheels either.
