I have been wanting to see how the black LED tails will look againt the Silver Steel color. So I have been waiting until James got some in.

Now I will say this JeDiHemi. If I don't like the look of the Black tails Vs. the Gun-metal LED I have now, on silver steel. I will put the set of black one's up for sale. So you might catch a few dollars off, from that purchase. If I keep the black led tails. Then I will most likely sell the gun-metal tails. They have only been on the car a few months and the car has only been out a few times in those 2 months.

Since I will get my black LED tails tomorrow, I will be able to install and post pictures for other Silver Steel owners and other members as well to see how the new black led tails look.

Yo Bruno Dude. No worries. I am staying with the LED tails. Just wanting to know which is the best finish LED tails for the Silver Steel color (Black or gun-metal). You are going to love this then Bruno. I actually have another pair of the LED tails in the chrome finish with the clear lens,LOL. Sitting next to my desk at home. If the black doesn't come out like I want it to, against the silver steel. Justin is going to crack open the chrome tails and paint the inside's, in silver steel. I have been messing with getting just the right look for the tails since Spring Fling. Whichever way I go with the LED tails. I will sell the other 2 pair. Most members know how much of a clean freak I am about Freebird. So you know the tails I have used so far will be in mint condition.


IMHO, the Gun metal LED tails look the best on your Shiny Silver color. So don't have doubts about the mods you have done, they are very nice touches to your ride. The LED sig mirrors will look great to, just look at Fatchances sig mirrors. Those look great on Shiny Silver.

Well then, that's a relief to hear. You never cease to amaze me with your creative juices. Leave it to you to think about color matching the inside of a set of LED tails! They might actually look very good on your mono-colored Bird. Maybe you should just keep all your LEDs sets so that you can interchange them around, depending on the situation such as a car show. Afterall, the change out takes only a few minutes. (sorry JeDiHemi for even suggesting that!)
