My latest trip darn sssssaaaaarrrrrrffffff

Arnie & I yesterday did a 526 mile round trip darrrrnnnn sarf and I got 41 MPG. (confirmed with refuelling calculation) - which showed that If I'd carried on I would have got over 700 miles from a single tank.
It wasn't an economy run - it was a motorway trip keeping up with traffic at a steady / continuous 72-76 mph.
If I hadn't been snarled up in the remnents of an accident for an hour/10 miles it would have passed 42 MPG.
It silent, roomy, luxury - I love it.
