I had cards that expired in 2002 with activation stickers still on, same cards with 04-06 exp with stickers and ALL accounts were STILL OPEN, Providian, First USA., Citi, Chase, not one said you failed to activate and the account was closed. I had numerous cards, I am ashamed to say how many. I had a good thing going with several companies with 0% money on cash advances and transfers, at one point I had $115,000 of 0% credit card money in my tax free money market generating $250-300/month! Thats over $3000/year folks and I would pay them monthly with thier own money, what a country, God Bless America! PS just closed the Lowes card Exp 4/01 with the sticker still on, never activated but still an open valid account.

Oh for interest rates like that again...but wait, that also meant higher mortgage rates, car rates, etc. Hmmmm....just can't win.
