There wouldn't be any such thing as "A conversion."

The seat heaters don't blow hot air under your keister, they use elements like in an electric blanket. Therefore, I don't see why you can't have both stock heaters and aftermarket cheek-chillers.

I would be interested in an aftermarket cold seat application but I think it would be very complex to install and very pricey.
