Mr. Incredible.
The head light washers can be disabled. I didn't even like the washer heads on the bumperettes. So I replaced those bumperette pieces all together, for a smoother look.
FreebirdSRT with no headlight or windshield wash supply (were on hood) nibs.
You will have to remove the front fascia. On the passenger side you will see at the bottom. The water supply basin for both the windshield and head lights (they share the same one). Near that area, you will see two separate motors. 1 for the windshield water supply line and 1 for the headlight water supply line. Disconnect the motor for the head light supply line. No more water will squirt out of your head light washers. If you decide to sell your car. You can simply re-connect the motor and once again the headlight washers will be finctional.
I also don't like the soapy water to get on my hood, from the windshield supply nibs (on the hood). So I had an Aluminum welder friend fill those holes then took to my painter. Smooth hood now as well.
To still have functional windshield water supply, for my wipers. I bought a set of 2005 Chevy Avalanche wiper arms ($40 for the pair). Most GM models windshield supply nibs are on the wiper arm directly. Since Valeo makes pretty much all the wiper arms for American cars. Ours are Valeo wiper arms as well. I was able to cut out the supply heads and lines from the chevy arms and attach them to my 300 wiper arms. When I get my car back from James. I will finish running the OEM supply lines to my Chevy lines, at the end of my wiper arms. It will make a clean and seamless fit. You will not see that it was added on to the wiger arms. I will post pics when finished.
FreebirdSRT when she still had the hood nibs for the windshield washer and the front bumperettes with the headlight washer nibs on them.
