On my Audi A4 i went to a 245/35/19 tire which is upsized from my stock 16' And I lowerd it using Neuspeed Sport springs and there was no rubbing initially but after a week of riding and settleing it began to rub. I went to have a wheel alignment done and presto no more rubbing inside or out. Anyone who has upsized I highly recommend they get an alignment it will really help. Eibach also sells a lowering bracket system that will help with any negative camber when lowering the car. It would appear alot of people here are lowering the rides as well as upsizing their wheels.
