rotors

i just bought a 300csrt8 and i live in charleston and i have read that there is a tsb on rotor grooving on the srt8's it says if your rotors are grooved they need to be replaced with slotted rotors and it is covered under warranty is this true the reason i ask is my srt8 has 500 miles and they already look scored and i have not put my aftermarket wheels on yet but i don't want to get told that my wheels caused it and therefore are not covered please help

i bought the car from hoover but i have used your service department for my jeep and will use you for this car as well please let me know what to do
