I think english is much more easy to learn than german...

We say: Deutsche Sprache, schwere Sprache
Well, Nederland is where I am originally from before moving to the USA with my parents, so Dutch was my primary language. Today, I still communicate with my relatives in Nederland on almost a daily basis via e-mail or telephone, and they are also fluent in German as well...especially my cousin who was once an Austrian rally driver, but now also lives in Nederland.

I had to eventually learn English when we moved to the USA, because we only spoke Dutch at home...until my parents became much more fluent in the English language. Unlike today, back in those days, one was either forced to learn the English language or had a very hard time communicating...as documents were not written in foreign languages like they are now.
