Start the vehicle, and then turn the headlights on and it's a different story. The lights will strobe for 30 sec to 1 minute before lighting and staying lit.
If I turn the headlights on before I start the car it seems to help with the problem, sometimes they don't flash at all.
If anyone else has installed an aftermarket kit, and does not have this problem, please let me know the manufacture of the kit.

Flicker is usually a grouding problem, or it could be because mcCulloch uses generic bulbs which could also cause it. It probably your ground, double check all your connections.
