This will be a caravan only with a meet and greet in the SEMA parking lot. We will have a “Show Car” theme, with all cars having graphics on the windshield and rear windows. There will be caravans from LA, Orange County and San Diego. We will meet up with the members form Arizona and Northern California when we arrive prior to making our way to the SEMA parking lot. This has never been done and will be a great opportunity to show the Auto Industry who we are.
Here what I have lined up. Power Ported Performance and Creative Turbo Systems will be our host. They are on the cutting edge of performance for the 5.7 and 6.1 motors. You can check them out on the forums.
I have confirmed that webridestv.com will film the event. They will have 9 cameras and a hostess to interview the members. There will be 5 cameras and 4 lipstick cameras placed in member’s vehicles. They will follow the event from Orange County to Las Vegas. At each stop they will interview 3-4 members with questions such as why are you doing this? What is it about the group you enjoy? Tell us a little about your car, etc... They are also going to do a feature on how to blue a tape the front of a vehicle and apply graphics. I will also do a tutorial on the forums with photos. This event will be aired on their website for every car enthusiast to view.

Working with Daimler Chrysler (DCX) I have secured the use of the SEMA staging parking lot for 3 hours for the meet and greet. There webridestv.com will conduct more interviews and cover the other actives that are planned. DCX is also planning on having a private viewing of their vehicles that they will debut for the members (if the vehicles are available). In addition DCX will be there to support the members and the caravan. DCX will also do a story which will be released internally on their Online Media for all DCX employees to view.
The event will also be featured in Club 300 the magazine. This is the only official Chrysler supported magazine. I have also secured Meguiar’s to provide goody bags with car products for all of the members that attend. The attention and visibility that this event will create will be incredible.
Once we arrive we will stage our cars, have food and check out the rides that will be at SEMA.

This event is open to everyone. We are trying to really up as many cars as we can, don’t read about it be there. Simply make a post to say your in. I will PM you for your info. I will mail you your graphics in advance. If you are going to blue tape your car and do the graphics allow yourself 2 hours+, so do it the night before. Yes, we want everyone that participates to have the graphics on their cars, that is part of the fun.
SEMA is not open to the public and you will not be able to attend the show.
