Any 300/Charger can add this bracket to fix the gap. its pretty simple , all you need to do is remove the rear plastic guide pin ( from under the rear of the fascia)that is in the car now and repalce it with the bracket (check your dealer about getting them) or a nut , bolt and washer assembly that will squeeze the fascia and body and get rid of that ugly gap .
