However, I work in an area that is mostly women each making their own decisions. They can be so mean spirited and nasty at times I can hardly stand it. They gossip, back stab, and treat each other like crap. They never do that to me, but I notice they only do it to each other. Why do they feel it necessary to tear each other down like that? Now men can dish out the BS just as much, but if they’re pissed off at each other you’ll know it, have some words, get over it, and then move on. Not with some women, the grudge can last a lifetime. Sadly, Danno, I have to agree with your observations (fortunately there are exceptions!).
Most men seem to be able to give another guy a shot up the side of the head and take one back without taking it all that personally. We seem to be able to bury the hatchet and cooperate on the next task.
I guess men and women are wired differently. Perhaps it is an evolutionary thing going back to our ancestors who had to hunt for survival.
Everyone has to cooperate when there are 3 sabre-toothed tigers snapping at your ass!
