Looks cool but what's the point of those pipes inn there...shouldn't they be empty

look closely, they are empty the outer casing is a heat shield only and to hide the headers LoOoOoL

What is really cool is to have a shorty header from the factory for our beasts....all we need is higher flow-cats and a cat-back exhaust :-)

You're looking at the collector, 4 into 1. The 4 individual pipes from each port eventually needs to convert to one pipe, that's the function of the collector.
