I don't think the "Core" models will do as badly; they're not as coffin-like as the interior of the ZL1, and I suspect dealers will order lot cars with a few options (the screen and HIDs) while performance / budget-minded folks will factory order. I doubt you'll see a bare-bones, base Core model in a dealership... but even if you do, it's not going to be missing interior panels and have exposed scaffolding. They went cheap in very smart places, by the looks of it.
You have to remember the existing SRTs (as pointed out by others) are range-toppers and come fully loaded with few options. Dropping all the loaded stuff and basically shoving SRT parts into a Challenger SE, Charger SE, and 300 base loses a lot of the toys, but not much of the polish and finish.
