Wow!
Great deal! It also has the "Poltrona Frau Foligno" Leather package! Nice work!

I lucked out. The total came out a bit more as I have to pay for the shipping and tax. All in all, I'm still a good margin under MSRP and there's no way I would get into something like this if I bought it from a dealer here.
Sweet deal man I had to pay 60k. The only thing I gota way with was I told them to DVD players in the Head Rest and I'll take it to day after a few moments of them doing there thing I got it.
Congrats, at least you got something and didn't lose your shirt. I was very lucky to have seen the auction very early. I couldn't pass that up as that's what most places are asking for an SRT Charger.
Well, I finally picked it up on Tuesday but can't post pics yet as the internet at home is down. Hopefully my new modem/router will get me back online.
Nice. Is yours black too? Probably too early to tell but I'd like to know how it compares to your E550. I haven't drive mine much yet and only in town, but once I touch the gas pedal it feels like it wants to take off. With my Charger, I need to push the pedal to get it to go and it feels sluggish compared to the 300. That's just the power that wants to be unleashed lol, I don't think there's enough difference between the 2.65 and 3.06 to be that notable.
black on black for me. compared to the Benz, this motor has top end. The Benz was all torque....probably equal parts motor, torque converter and the excellent 7sp ZF transmission (seamless power.....not like the SRT8's Merc sourced 5sp auto). As for handling, the SRT8 is a bit more firm all around. The Benz had adjustable shocks too and the SRT8 is one order of a magnitude more firm. The SRT8's steering is more precise...chalk that up the Benz's semi-active handling package (computer was always trying to outhink you).
long story short....don't feel like I gave up anything to get 4 doors except maybe brand cache which I don't much care about anyways.
