Ok before I met and fell in love with my 300S, I went to a dealership in Birmingham and drove the 300 SRT8... we couldn't get right on the amount they offered for my 2012 Charger R/T Maxx and they had several "additions", i.e. nitrogen filled tires, "door ding guards??!?", window tint, etc... that wasn't showing in the internet price but magically appeared at the negotiation table. Needless to say I walked away from it and upon closer research on gently used versions of the 2012 model there was an average depreciation hit of $12k on cars with less than 3k miles. Scary.
With all that being said I am noticing there are quite a few 2012's left on the lot and my mom of all people would like to grab one. I am seeing a few marked down from $55k to $45k but the proof is in the pudding. Does anyone know of any incentives other than the current $2500 lease cash?

Check with yours / your moms' employers for company discounts. I just found out I could have saved a few grand extra had I paid attention and bought with "Preferred" pricing. Damnit.

Your best bet is to call Chrysler customer service, and ask for the incentives dept. they were a big help with my 300S purchase. What they won't tell you(or can't) is any available manufacturer to dealer rebates available (if they still do that).
I watched 5 MOPAR '12s for 3 months at 3 different dealers in my area. Most were showing similar discounts to what you are seeing (7-10k off sticker price). Then the week before Christmas one dealer posted an internet price of 14k off sticker and I jumped on it. Since it was for a 2012 model, they really want to get rid of them. I've noticed a lot dealers require you to bring a printed copy of the internet price for the specific car you're looking at. I actually had a corporate discount, but the dealer discount gave me a better price. Good things come to those who wait! I know I'll never buy at any other time of year again! Good luck!
There are two types of incentives to keep in mind and you can learn more about them as follows:
1. National and regional incentives can be found on the Chrysler website by clicking on "Shopping Tools" at the top of the page, then "Buy It / Current Incentives" and submitting your zip code.
2. Dealer-specific incentives can be determined by calling or visiting dealers in your area. Dealer locators can be found within the brand sites as well.
See your local dealer for specific incentive details or call the Incentives Assistance Center at 1-800-227-0757, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday.
Go directly to the dealer website. They usually have the rock bottom price after all manufacturer and dealer incentives combined. I believe the only 2012 left are the v8 variations and they are slamming the prices on those.
Man, wouldn't that be funny if mom had a faster car than you! I wanted to pull the trigger on a SRT-8 with black chrome (I couldn't take my eyes off the damn thing), but the 17k difference in out the door price between that and the S I bought was just too much. As you found out on your purchase, those Internet prices include every possible incentive under the sun (recent college grad, military, conquest, etc).
Maybe they're more willing to deal on the '12s now, but they weren't budging a whole lot on SRT prices when I bought a few months ago.

Did you ever purchase that srt8. there are many on lots around here 2012. I just purchased a 2013 300c loaded v8, harmon, safetytech, 20" rear wheel etc. and got a really good lease deal on it. I am thinking swapalease now and picking up an srt8. my first call netted 5k off sticker. are you guys seeing 10k off?
